What is collected
Only what you put in the contact form: your name, email address and message, plus a one-way hash of your IP address used for abuse limiting. Basis: replying to your enquiry (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest). Kept up to 365 days, then deleted. Delivered to my mailbox at this domain; no third parties receive it.

Visits are counted for the site’s own statistics — once a day per visitor, without cookies; the address becomes a code that changes every day, so it cannot lead back to anyone. The country the browser’s time zone is set to is kept with the count. The same way, the site counts how far a page is read, how long each part of it is seen and which part is in view as the page is left, which links and buttons are pressed (on a computer, also the spot on a grid where any press lands or the pointer rests) and whether a form is begun and sent — never what is typed — and where a visit comes from (the site or search engine that sent it, never its page, or the name of the campaign link it came in on).
Messages sent through this site’s forms are deleted after 12 months, its own statistics after 25 months.
If the site owner sends you a link to review this site, you can comment on its pages: your name and comments, seen by everyone with that link, and an email address for replies if you give one, are kept until the site owner deletes them.
Who else gets it
Encrypted backup copies of this site, messages sent through its forms included, are kept in Google Drive (Google Ireland Limited) for up to 12 months. Only the site owner holds the key to open them.
The words written in messages sent through this site's forms, the words searched for on it and addresses asked for that do not exist are read by Gemini (Google, USA), an AI service, to help the site owner answer messages and improve the site's pages — sorting messages and drafting replies, FAQ questions, ideas, reviews, answers to the site owner's questions and the AI help on each page — and to keep lessons drawn from them. The name, email address and phone number a sender gives in the form's own fields are never sent, and any email address, phone number or link in the words is taken out first. Other words go as written — a name in the message too.
Pictures on this site may be described by Gemini (Google, USA), an AI service, to write their text for people who cannot see them.
The words people searched for on Google before they came here reach the site owner from Google Search Console (Google Ireland Limited) as totals — never who searched. They also go to Gemini (Google, USA), an AI service, to suggest the pages' search titles and descriptions, FAQ questions and ideas.
Outside the European Union
Some services named above are run from outside the European Union or may move data to the United States: Google Drive, Gemini, Google Analytics, Advertising tags. Such a transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the company is certified under it, and otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

None of these follows you to other sites, and each is there for something you asked for, so none asks first.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent, and only then, this site loads the following services. Declining stores nothing and loads nothing; the choice can be changed any time via "Cookies" in the footer. Consent is stored on your device for 12 months.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) — visit statistics. Cookies: _ga, _ga_* (up to 2 years).
- Advertising tags loaded through Google Tag Manager (Google, Meta) — ad measurement and relevance. They set cookies only with advertising consent.
Everything else stays first-party: fonts and assets are served from this domain, and the admin login cookie is set only when I sign in.
Your rights
You can ask what this site keeps about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask for it to be kept but not used, object to its use, and take what you gave with you in a common format. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time; what was done before stays lawful.
To use these rights, write to riho@justcreative.eu; you get an answer within a month.
No decision about you with legal or similarly significant effects is made by automated means.
If you think your data is handled wrongly, you can complain to a data protection authority: in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, info@aki.ee, www.aki.ee), or the one where you live or work.
